The private spa hall with a pool, hot tub and sauna, and the adjacent games room/movie room mean you don’t need to worry what the weather’s doing.

Interiors are spacious and quirky with fixtures and fittings from when this was a dairy put to good use and original artworks adorning the walls. The vibe is laid-back happiness, good to know is that sustainability is at the forefront and the property is access friendly.

Ilminster and the county town of Taunton are only a short drive away; there are several award-winning country inns, restaurants and family attractions in the area, and you can be on the Jurassic Coast in 45 minutes for days by the sea.

Getting here is easy – Cricklehaze is just a few miles off the A30 and within easy reach of the A303 and M5. As for leaving – well, that’s the hardest part…
