"We spent a wonderful week in Brixham and Kippys Cottage only enhanced our holiday. Immaculate throughout, great views, very comfortable beds. Loved the garden, it was great to sit with a glass of wine overlooking the harbour (well worth the climb up the stairs!) Great location, short walk to local shops, restaurants and amenities. The cottage is very well equipped throughout and I would recommend it in a heartbeat. Our family have enjoyed many holidays in Brixham over the years, this visit has been our best so far! A couple of very minor things that would have improved the property for our family on a personal level is the 3rd bedroom (single bed) is in fact large enough to fit a small double or twin beds, this would have worked better for our group! Also the kids missed the fact that there isn't any WIFI at the property yet (although as I understand this is on the to do list). Neither of these things detracted from what was a fabulous holiday and a great time was enjoyed by all. We absolutely will be returning to Brixham and hope that Kippys Cottage will be available when we do."
